Full-time

Embedded Electronics Engineer

Own the electronics design for our AXIOM sensor platform — from schematic capture and PCB layout through prototype bring-up and production handoff. You will design mixed-signal boards that condition strain-gauge bridges, drive high-resolution ADCs, and communicate over industrial fieldbus interfaces, all within a compact, IP67-rated enclosure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years designing mixed-signal PCBs (schematic, layout, DFM)
  • Strong understanding of analog front-ends: instrumentation amplifiers, Wheatstone bridges, anti-aliasing filters
  • Experience with high-resolution ADCs (24-bit sigma-delta) and low-noise power supply design
  • Proficiency with Altium Designer or KiCad
  • Familiarity with EMC compliance, thermal management, and miniaturized packaging
  • Bonus: experience with strain-gauge or force-torque sensor electronics

Robotics Software Engineer

Build the software layer that connects AXIOM sensors to robotic systems. You will develop drivers, ROS/ROS 2 packages, real-time communication stacks, and calibration tooling that let customers integrate force-torque feedback into their control loops with minimal friction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of C++ or Python development in robotics or industrial automation
  • Experience with ROS / ROS 2, real-time Linux, or EtherCAT master stacks
  • Understanding of robot control loops, force control, and sensor fusion
  • Familiarity with serial protocols (RS-485, SPI) and embedded-host communication
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented APIs and integration examples
  • Bonus: experience with UR, KUKA, or FANUC robot integration

Commercial

Business Development Lead

Drive commercial growth for the AXIOM sensor platform. You will identify target accounts in robotics, industrial automation, and medical devices, build relationships with engineering teams and procurement, and close deals that turn technical evaluations into production orders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B technical sales or business development in sensors, robotics, or industrial components
  • Ability to hold technical conversations with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline from lead generation through contract close
  • Strong network in the European robotics or automation ecosystem
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and partner facilities
  • Bonus: familiarity with force-torque sensing or mechatronics
